If you are having issues synching your scanner please check the following:

-Double click your VPN connection and make sure it is connected.  If not, connect.

-Take the scanner out of the dock and close all open Equipment Trak windows on the PC.  Put the scanner back in the dock and wait a minute for it to reconnect.  Once it has reconnected, open and log into Equipment Trak on the PC and sync normally.

-Clean the bottom gold contacts on your scanner with an alcohol wipe.  The contacts may appear clean but tiny dust and dirt particles can prevent your scanner from synching.
